Overview
In this role you drive international pricing initiatives for a B2B omnichannel company in Mobility/Automotive and Construction. You shape pricing strategies, lead cross-functional projects, and coach regional teams to unlock pricing potential. You own and improve group-wide pricing processes and support strategic pricing decisions across markets. You will partner with Marketing and Sales to implement impactful pricing changes that support growth and profitability.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify and conceptualize international pricing projects (e.g., country rollout of the group pricing model)
- Refine and implement international pricing strategy for omnichannel B2B direct sales
- Coach national organizations to exploit pricing potential via analyses and systematic execution
- Improve pricing structures, processes, and IT-enabled tools
- Own execution of group-wide strategic processes (annual price adjustment, competitor monitoring, new product pricing, T&Cs, bonuses)
- Train and support regional/national pricing teams and related departments (Marketing, Sales)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of pricing experience in a related industry, ideally B2B
- Strong project and change management skills
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP and SAP BW
- Strong result orientation, proactivity, hands-on mentality
- High persuasive power and assertiveness; ability to handle setbacks
- Ability to steer cross-functional international teams
