Your new tasks – DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY

• Support the Store Manager in achieving budget goals, organizing stock movements, and merchandising on the sales floor
• Motivate employees with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Conduct regular training sessions to develop staff expertise and motivation
• Recognize potential and promote it through individual training with the management team
• Prioritize the safety of your team
• Organize, prepare, and monitor the delivery process, ensuring compliance and contributing to new projects
• Analyze and optimize storage capacity, stock movements, and restocking using operational KPIs
• Ensure efficient functioning of fitting rooms and cash tills
• Manage technical devices and software updates in the store
