- You are the contact person for our store team with regard to all personnel-related topics, training and further education.
- You will be responsible for supporting and advising employees on all HR development issues and processes and will develop operational HR strategies in close coordination with the Store Managers.
- Through regular KPI analyses, you will always keep an eye on the HR key performance indicators in the store and develop appropriate action plans accordingly.
- You will also support the store managers in areas such as staff selection, onboarding new employees, staff deployment planning and vacation planning.
- Furthermore, you will provide training and coaching, for example to increase motivation or on topics such as health & safety.
- In addition, you will work with other HR team members to develop new programs for the training and development of internal employees.
