Overview
In this role you ensure secure, reliable access to networks, printers and meeting room devices, owning the lifecycle of corporate endpoints from provisioning to retirement. You will manage enterprise networks, cloud printing, and meeting-room technologies, leveraging Intune, Ricoh CloudStream, and Microsoft/Logitech devices. You’ll balance ongoing operations with exciting AI-enabled projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Your work directly supports a smooth workplace experience and digital collaboration across the company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Legacy file server support
- Management of cloud printing infrastructure
- Provider management for WAN connectivity and contracts
- Provider management for all enterprise network components
- Performance, incident, problem, lifecycle and change management for WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, proxy, and firewall
- Meeting-room equipment and digital displays management
- Standards and platforms governance
- Proof of concept and trial unit evaluation
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) and policy enforcement
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable discipline
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, workplace environment, and hardware/software
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; German ideally
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and focus on high-impact tasks
- Collaborative, responsible, patient team player in multicultural environments
- ITIL knowledge is an advantage
