Strategy & Business Growth

• Define and execute the global service business strategy aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
• Identify and develop new service-driven revenue streams, business models, and growth opportunities.
• Drive the evolution of service from a support function into a strategic value-creation engine.
• Develop a global roadmap for service innovation, digitalization, customer success, and lifecycle management.

Global Leadership & Transformation

• Lead service business development initiatives across all regions and subsidiaries.
• Drive collaboration within a global matrix organization and align stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and best practices to support scalable global service operations.
• Serve as the senior strategic voice for service excellence within the organization.

Service Portfolio Ownership

• Oversee the three core service dimensions:
  • Service Content Development
  • Service Enablement
  • Service Delivery
• Drive the development of differentiated service offerings that enhance customer outcomes and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Ensure that service capabilities, competencies, and resources evolve in line with business needs and market opportunities.

Financial Performance

• Own the consolidated global service P&L.
• Drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable margin expansion.
• Define and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.Ensure effective resource allocation and investment decisions across the service organization.

Experience

Ihr Profil:

• Significant leadership experience in Service Management, Service Business, Aftermarket, Customer Success, or Business Development.
• Proven success in a technology-driven B2B environment.
• Strong track record of developing and commercializing profitable service businesses.
• Experience working across international markets and multicultural organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within complex matrix structures.
