What you bring along: Academic Background: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in EMC engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or industrial electronics. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in EMC simulation tools (e.g., CST, ANSYS HFSS), measurement equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes), and EMC testing standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461, DO-160). Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with international EMC standards and regulations. Communication Skills: Fluent in English; Fluent in German Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
