PMO (m/w/d) Aerospace and Defence
Location: 82024, Manching
What to expect:
- You establish and optimize predictive project management.
- As a project coach, you advise and support the project managers with your technical expertise.
- Proactively and continuously optimize processes, PM methods and tools to improve work results.
- You actively contribute your project management knowledge to PMO-relevant projects and work together with the project manager to ensure the success of the project.
- You ensure well-founded project setups, monitor PMO-relevant projects and, if necessary, support their project management in the implementation of decisions/measures and establish consistent opportunity and risk management.
What you bring along:
- Successfully completed studies (business informatics, computer science, electrical engineering, natural sciences) or comparable training.
- Several years of practical experience in project management (ideally in the defense industry).
- Ideally PM certification (e.g. IPMA Level C/D or Scrum Master).
- Ideally experience in dealing with common agile and classic project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Ideally basic commercial knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness; committed and independent way of working.
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
Place of work: Taufkirchen near Munich, Manching, Donauwörth, Ulm (hybrid), for current project presence in Ulm required approx. once a week.
