We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organisation by building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Relationship Management & Customer Success:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers in client organisations.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all customer enquiries and issues.
- Maintain a collaborative and trusting relationship with customers.
- Ensure that customers successfully utilise Bertsch Innovation\’s solutions to achieve their business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to customers on challenges and issues.
- Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
- Product Knowledge and Communication:
- Develop a deep understanding of Bertsch Innovation\’s PIM and DAM solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to customers.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote the acquisition of new customers through targeted contact and relationship building.
- Negotiate contracts and finalise orders beneficial to both Bertsch Innovation and our customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
Profile:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Experience managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of PIM and DAM solutions and their applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
