Overview
In this role, you will coordinate payroll across multiple European countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing. You will collaborate with external payroll providers and internal Finance/HR teams to maintain aligned processes and control. You’ll support reconciliations, audits, and the transition toward centralized payroll solutions, while building robust backup and knowledge-sharing practices. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate payroll across several European countries to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal teams (Finance and HR)
- Support payroll account reconciliations, accounting entries, and discrepancy resolution
- Document payroll processes in a structured, transparent, and traceable manner
- Assist internal and external audits and provide required documentation
- Drive optimization and standardization of international payroll processes
- Support the transition from local payroll structures to centralized solutions
- Develop and maintain backup and knowledge-sharing within the team
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Payroll Accounting
- Experience with international payroll processes and external payroll providers
- Structured, analytical, detail-oriented, with a strong affinity for numbers
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
