We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically skilled and detail-oriented Control Center Outbound Specialist to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing wave and order processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in an e-commerce environment, delivery planning, goods flow control or similar areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the strong attention to detail and organisation
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems, including real-time tracking and order management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent German and English skills are required (min. B2 level), Polish or other languages are a plus
• Ability to work in shifts (weekly change in a two-shift system) and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required, SAP is a plus
