Responsibilities

• Live and work with children around the clock in your house provided by the Kinderdorf.
• Provide warmth, love and security and form a long‑term bond with the children.
• Work with professionals to create a development plan for the children and accompany them on their path to independent life.
• Organize the household with the associated structures, processes and financial plans.
• Lead and coordinate staff in the house and create duty rosters.

Qualifications

• Pädagogische Ausbildung (e.g., Erzieher or Sozialpädagoge).
• Extensive experience in household management, nutrition and housekeeping.
• Team spirit.
• Organizational talent.
• Joy in Christian upbringing.
