Your main tasks
The director is the direct respondent to the Board of Directors. Under their authority, they assume management of all the various activities of Béton Frais SA (concrete production, transport and pumping, others) in the most rational way possible, respecting quality assurance requirements while limiting the impact of our activities on the environment. They ensure efficient management of costs and revenues as well as the quality of the services offered.
Your responsibilities
Strategy, Finance and Investments
The role consists of applying the strategy defined in collaboration with the Board of Directors to achieve the company’s financial performance. You optimise budgets and operational profitability, plan and monitor investments as well as the management of real estate assets.
Operations, Logistics and Quality
The role involves managing the operational running of the concrete plants to guarantee maximum industrial efficiency, notably by optimising the logistical supply flows while ensuring the normative compliance of finished products.
Human Resources and Management
The role includes leading all personnel by ensuring recruitment, training, evaluation and daily management of administrative and technical teams according to the necessary resources.
Sales and Development
The role involves managing the commercial side from the establishment of the offer to delivery and invoicing. You develop the company by seeking new opportunities and new markets as well as developing new products.
Your profile
A keen sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal ease are required. Experience in company management or in a position of responsibility, ideally in the concrete, construction or building materials sector. Ease in financial and operational management. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
