- You will work in our motivated and solution-oriented AI Feature Team using agentic development methods and with a high degree of personal responsibility. - You will design, develop and deploy scalable AI-enabled features in our products that are used by more than 100’000 customers. - You work extensively with large language models (LLMs) to develop solutions for NLP, conversational AI, and generative AI use cases. - You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven features and applications. - You drive innovation by exploring the latest AI technologies and proposing new approaches for our business challenges.
What you bring to the table
- University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field with a practical track record as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Fullstack Software Engineer building scalable and secure AI-augmented features (preferred in a SaaS product). - Hands-on experience with cloud environments (GCP), AI platforms (Vertex AI), and modern AI orchestration frameworks ( , Google ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Proven experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and deploying LLMs for real-world business applications. - Advanced Python programming skills, experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks, solid backend knowledge (async, REST, testing, security), and experience with databases such as MongoDB or Redis. - Familiarity with SaaS architectures and integrating AI services via APIs into existing web applications (willingness to navigate our Angular/PHP stack is a plus), as well as container and CI/CD fundamentals (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD). - You are a structured, independent, and quality-focused team player with strong analytical problem-solving skills, eager to stay up to date with the latest AI technologies. - As a clear communicator, you feel comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders across teams; fluent English is a must, German a big plus.
