Your mission
The Mechatronic Engineer is the technical parent of electromechanical products. They develop robust, compliant, and cost-effective technical solutions and are also specialized in the design of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Technical Authority on Projects: Assume full technical responsibility for electromechanical products throughout the development cycle and during mass production.
- Design of Printed Circuits: Create multilayer printed circuits optimizing performance (impedance, signal isolation, RF) while respecting mechanical and electrical constraints.
- Development of Technical Solutions: Based on customer specifications, develop robust and economically viable technical solutions that meet electrical, thermal, and RF performance requirements.
- Requirements Management: Verify and manage customer requirements, translate them into detailed technical specifications, and maintain verification control documents (VCD).
- Technical Documentation: Write comprehensive technical documentation, including design descriptions, user manuals, test specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
- RF Simulations and Testing Management: Perform RF and EMI/EMC simulations to ensure signal integrity and conduct validation tests (measuring RF parameters: IL/RL).
- Technical Support and R&D: Participate in defining the R&D roadmap for strategic electronic developments and provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
- Management of External Relationships: Ensure interface with customers and suppliers on technical aspects of products, managing discussions related to requirements, non-conformities, and waiver requests.
- Capitalization of Feedback: Integrate feedback into continuous improvement of products and processes.
