Join our strategic space project team of four, where decades of experience converge to drive innovation! Based in Zurich, our international team will support you in advancing crucial work on important and strategic projects. With your hands-on approach, you’ll take ownership of shaping solutions that directly impact strategic decisions within the division. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll lead the development and implementation of a new product at Beyond Gravity. Your Mission:
As the Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin of our production process, seamlessly connecting engineering, quality control, and project management. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our development runs smoothly, always keeping an eye on cost, schedule, and performance.
- Lead with vision: Guide all facets to deliver excellence on schedule, ensuring every output reflects our commitment to quality.
- Master of solutions: Skillfully manage resource allocation and technical data management, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Collaborative force: Be the go-to person to connect, move things forward, and support the team across development to enhance our collective success.
- Strategic mindset: Craft and execute development, procurement, and production strategies with a keen eye on timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring our projects are always a step ahead.
Your Story:
We are looking for an initiative-driven personality who takes responsibility for driving the product to success.
- Technical background (preferably in electrical/electronics or mechanical engineering)
- Several years of experience in project management within high-tech environments combining mechanical, electronics and software
- Formal training in project management, including PM certification (IPMA, PMP), is an advantage
- Excellent understanding of economic contexts and entrepreneurial thinking
- Assertiveness, high resilience, curiosity, and openness
- Fluent in German and English
