Overview
In this role you drive the foodservice sales in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for Beyond Meat, building and executing local GTM plans with distributors and key accounts. You work closely with Marketing, Logistics, and R&D to deliver volume, profit, and NPD insights, while expanding partnerships with large operators and brokers. You’ll travel and represent Beyond Meat at industry events, shaping the regional growth and impact of our plant-based portfolio.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and implement local GTM plans for the cluster
- Forecast, budget, and deliver volume, sales, and profit targets
- Identify and pursue new business in foodservice and industrial channels
- Lead field sales partners and manage broker/distributor performance
- Negotiate annual collaboration plans with key accounts and wholesalers
- Establish and nurture relationships with regional stakeholders
- Execute trade promotions and measure impact
- Coordinate local partnerships and concept development with other manufacturers
- Attend key customer events and trade shows
- Leverage data and insights to drive positive changes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in Foodservice sales with account management experience
- Experience with foodservice distribution, broker, or manufacturer a plus
- Four-year college degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills and German native/fluent; English professional level; other European languages a plus
- Experience selling to key accounts at buyer and senior levels; value-added protein sales preferred
- Trained Chef or culinary school background preferred
