Currently, we are looking for our headquarters in Noirmont (JU), a:
MMT METROLOGY AND CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s measuring equipment inventory
- Supervise the calibration process through the Optimu software (key user)
- Make purchase requests concerning the various activities (repair, calibration, etc.) of all our measuring instruments and tools
- Identify and define the location of tools / measuring instruments
- Analyse equipment malfunctions and provide technical solutions / improvements
- Support the metrology manager with measurements as well as programming of our current and future machines (OGP, Jenoptik, 3D machines, etc.)
- Perform Gage R&R, FAI
- Train staff in good metrology practices and the use of measuring instruments
- Support colleagues in the "Quality Control" and "Manufacturing" departments in their inspection activities
- Ensure effective technological monitoring in the field of metrology and lead projects for acquiring new control equipment
Your profile:
- Initial training in microtechnology or equivalent qualification
- First experience in metrology, ideally in an environment subject to ISO 13485 standard requirements (medical devices)
- Knowledge of Calypso software (3D machine); proficiency in OPTIMU software is a plus.
- Proficient with IT tools, quality tools and measuring instruments
- Organised and meticulous, you demonstrate versatility and have an excellent sense of responsibility
