The LP2 Pre-Approval Specialist role plays a critical role in ensuring loans are structured properly, communicated clearly, and closed on time. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third-party partners to maintain on-time closings while delivering a concierge-level borrower and referral partner experience.
