Are you a mortgage pro who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment?

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and experienced Loan Partner 2 (LP2) to join our growing team, who is a rock star when it comes to figuring tax returns and is fantastic when dealing with clients.

This will be a remote position for someone in the EST or CST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prequalify and pre-approve borrowers
• Manage pre-approval letters and payment scenarios
• Own the pipeline and ensure loans close on time
• Provide communication to clients and agents from application to close
• Must be top notch figuring out self employed/irregular income
• Flag issues before they become fires, and keep the process smooth

Qualifications

• NMLS licensed
• 5+ years of mortgage experience (processing, underwriting, or origination)
• Proficiency in DU/DO, LP, Empower (or similar), and investor guidelines
• Obsessed with details, timelines, and delivering an amazing client experience
• Strong communicator who thrives on being proactive and dependable
• Must be amazing at figuring out self employed/irregular income

Compensation

$50,000 – $60,000 yearly
