We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Financial Sales Representative with a strong desire to advance into a Financial Broker position. As a key member of our team, you will focus on providing exceptional client service and creating personalized financial solutions that address a variety of needs, including investments, retirement planning, and wealth management. This role offers a clear pathway to develop the skills and experience required to transition into a full-fledged broker role, opening doors to greater career growth and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. Sell a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial policies.
  • Consultation & Customization : Assess client needs through consultations and provide personalized insurance recommendations. Educate clients on different insurance options and help them understand policy details.
  • Professional Development : Participate in training programs, attend industry seminars, and work closely with senior brokers to gain knowledge of the brokerage business and operational processes.
  • Licensing : Be willing to become licensed in a span of 7-10 days with our training program.
  • Learning & Growth : Receive mentorship and training on becoming a successful insurance broker. Learn about advanced sales strategies, market research, and the ins and outs of running a brokerage.
