Responsibilities:

• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.
• Work with clients to stage and market homes that attract homebuyers and their real estate agents for quick sales.
• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to attract potential buyers quickly.
• Prospect and conduct lead generation activities to create new business.
• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller to help determine the best price for their home.
• Answer the phone with live connections.
• Make outbound calls to existing leads for follow-up.
• Available to work evenings and weekends, 40+ hours a week.
• Attend all meetings and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in the field.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated team players ready to learn and share knowledge.
• Excel in sales, creating lasting client relationships.
• Showcase negotiation talent to seal deals.
• Utilize our advanced tools to outperform the competition.
• Become a trusted advisor on property values and marketing tactics.
• Ensure client satisfaction through meticulous interaction management.

Compensation: $700 base, based on experience.
