You combine technical excellence with hands-on problem solving and thrive in an environment where innovation and performance go hand in hand. /p pLocation: Grenchen, Switzerland Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (100%) Start Date: Immediately or by arrangement /p h3Your Mission /h3 pAs Engineer Bike Parts, you will play a key role in developing innovative bicycle components, assemblies, and accessories that help athletes and riders perform at their best. /p h3You will: /h3 ul liLead the engineering and development of bicycle components and assemblies from concept through production release. /li liDrive development projects while balancing performance, quality, manufacturability, cost, and timeline objectives. /li liDevelop, validate, and optimize bicycle components, assemblies, and accessories. /li liCreate advanced 3D CAD models and technical documentation using SolidWorks. /li liManage projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept to industrialization. /li liDefine validation plans, evaluate test results, and translate insights into product improvements. /li liCollaborate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and testing facilities across Europe and Asia. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of existing products, platforms, and engineering processes. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 pYou are more than an engineer.
