About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and other engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce development processes, a solid grasp of integration and customization techniques, and the ability to solve complex business problems using Salesforce technologies.

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Apex and asynchronous code execution.
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Familiarity with the Governor Limits and Salesforce Development Best Practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks like user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, Gearset, or other version control and build tools.
