About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead our Payments domain (transaction management and accounting), overseeing a cross-functional team responsible for Billie’s core payment and transaction systems. This critical infrastructure powers our products and facilitates all money movements. You will collaborate with other product, engineering, sales, operations, finance and senior management teams, to drive the evolution of our payment capabilities.
What will you do?
- Define and execute a long-term product vision that aligns with Billie’s overall strategy
- Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, and other teams to deliver exceptional products
- Conduct in-depth customer research to identify pain points and opportunities, translating insights into product enhancements
- Leverage data analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and optimise strategies
- Collaborate with engineers to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure payment systems
- Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations and ensure our products adhere to industry standards
Who do we think will be great in this role?
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fintech or payments company
- A strong understanding of payment processing / banking infrastructure / financial regulations
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
