About the Role

As Senior Applicant Experience & Outreach Officer, you will play a key role in shaping how prospective students engage with BIMM University from their first enquiry through to enrolment. Working across applicant experience, outreach and student recruitment, you will lead activities that help prospective students make informed decisions about their future studies while building strong relationships with schools, colleges, guidance counsellors and other external partners.

Combining relationship management, event delivery, stakeholder engagement and data-informed decision-making, you'll help drive recruitment and conversion activity across the student journey.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and deliver outreach, recruitment and applicant experience activities that support student recruitment and conversion objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, guidance counsellors and other key stakeholders.
• Represent BIMM University at recruitment fairs, presentations, workshops, school visits and networking events.
• Coordinate and deliver applicant-facing events, including Open Days, interview and audition activity, applicant events and virtual engagement opportunities.
• Provide prospective students with accurate information, guidance and support throughout their decision-making journey.
• Work collaboratively with Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams to deliver a consistent and effective applicant experience.
• Support the recruitment and coordination of Student Ambassadors involved in outreach and recruitment activity.
• Use data, feedback and insight to evaluate performance, identify trends and inform future recruitment and engagement activity.
• Contribute to the development of new initiatives that enhance applicant engagement, conversion and outreach performance.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience within student recruitment, outreach, admissions, higher education or a similar stakeholder-facing environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Experience planning, delivering and evaluating events, projects or engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to analyse data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of activities and work independently when required.
• Experience supporting or coordinating colleagues, ambassadors, volunteers or temporary staff.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems and other digital tools.
