- Own the end-to-end improvement of security systems and tools, from requirement gathering and prioritization to development coordination, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature rollouts, product enhancements, and system improvements.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks to support business continuity and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, operations, or a hybrid role.
- Strong product sense and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
