Job Title: Senior Fiat Growth Strategist – Growth & Local Activation (Crypto Native)

About the Role:

Binance is seeking a senior-level, execution-focused growth strategist to drive user acquisition and activation for fiat on/off-ramp products across global markets. This role focuses on optimizing the entire growth funnel—from channel strategy to localized execution—to maximize product exposure and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute growth strategies for fiat services (e.g., P2P, payment channels, local agents, KOL/KOC programs)
• Build and localize regional growth playbooks based on user behavior
• Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, offline activations, referrals, rebates, etc.)
• Analyze user conversion funnels, identify drop-offs, and continuously optimize
• Partner with Product, BD, and Payments teams to integrate local payment solutions (e.g., wallets, bank transfers)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in regional growth or marketing, ideally across multiple countries
• Proven success in performance-based acquisition models (e.g., rebate or volume-driven)
• Deep knowledge of fiat payment systems and on/off-ramp mechanics
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, including with compliance, risk, and AML teams
• Strong data analysis and market insight with a results-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and comfortable working across global time zones
• Agile, fast-thinking, and pressure-resilient
