How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead a Team of appr. 8-10 ambitions Sales People in Germany.
• Manages resources associated with sales plan achievement.
• in addition act as Account Manager for assigned customers or territory while we grow the business.
• Identify new business and sales opportunities and achieve sales targets for allocated territory and customers
• Build and maintain key relationships across the organisation.
• Presentations, negotiations with key strategic customers and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• University degree in Life Science or related subject of study, thorough knowledge of Clinical Diagnostics market.
• several years of Leadership experience in an equivalent role, ideally in the area of Clinical Diagnostics.
• Thorough understanding of Sales Processes and several years of professional experience in Sales related roles.
• Analytical skills in overseeing budget, revenue, and operation expenses.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and cultural adaptability to Bio-Rad Core Values and company culture.
• Fluent communication skills in English and German and experience in CRM, analytical MS SW tools.
