Overview
As Digital Health Project Lead, you drive the strategy and execution of digital health solutions within Biogen’s Digital Health Solutions team. You own roadmaps, align cross-functional partners, and ensure measurable impact across markets outside the U.S. You’ll define KPIs, monitor progress, and translate patient journeys into scalable solutions. This role offers the chance to shape digital health delivery, collaborate with external partners, and contribute to Biogen’s value creation in a fast-evolving space.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage digital health solutions from ideation to maturity within the portfolio
- Develop and own product strategies, success metrics, and risk management
- Collaborate with Global Head of Digital Solutions and alliance manager to ensure partner compliance
- Monitor launches and market activities against timelines, addressing risks
- Enhance market adoption through business partnering and communicating value to market priorities
- Drive market uptake and retention strategies for Digital Health Solutions
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliant delivery per regulations
- Assess market digital health capabilities to identify opportunities
- Deliver target solution profiles based on patient journey gaps and market trends
- Explore new digital health innovations to address business and patient challenges
- Stay informed on trends in patient engagement and adherence through digital solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert advising markets and supporting initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or health tech
- Senior level experience across business units
- Proven track record delivering Digital Health Solutions
- Deep understanding of Pharma/Biotech Customer Engagement Models
- Background in digital product design and delivery is advantageous
- Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus
- BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus
