Overview
In this global leadership role, you connect business strategy with supply chain execution to drive Integrated Business Planning across Biogen. You will mature S&OP and long-term planning, enable enterprise-wide IBP, and influence decisions on capacity, investment and growth. You’ll work with senior leaders across functions to standardize processes, leverage data, and transform planning capabilities for Vision 2030.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own global S&OP governance, cadence, standards and playbook across PO&T
- Lead regional Executive S&OP forums with cross-functional partners
- Drive KPI consistency and transparency across S&OP forums
- Oversee annual Long-Term Planning cycle translating strategy into capacity and supply needs
- Partner with senior stakeholders on critical assumptions, scenarios and capacity
- Integrate S&OP and Long-Term Planning outputs into financial and operational planning
- Champion enterprise IBP adoption and associated change initiatives
- Mentor S&OP leaders and build global planning capability
- Collaborate with IT to ensure planning technology supports future capabilities
- Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to improve planning quality
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12+ years in Global Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain or Manufacturing in Pharma or FMCG
- Experience designing or transforming IBP or S&OP in a large global org
- Transformational leadership and change management experience
- Strong ability to translate market dynamics into supply chain strategies in Pharma
- Experience with scenario planning, capacity planning and cross-functional trade-offs
- Solid business acumen and understanding of financial drivers linked to supply chain
- Familiarity with AI/ML, digital twins and advanced analytics
- Strong ERP and planning systems understanding; APICS certification preferred
- Experience working globally across cultures and time zones in a dynamic environment
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management
- Strategic influencing across functions and geographies
- Ability to simplify complex data into actionable recommendations
- Change leadership and mentoring capabilities
- IBP/S&OP process design and transformation
- Scenario planning and capacity planning
- Data analytics and digital technologies (AI/ML, digital twins)
