Overview
As a PLCM Systems & Process Governance Sr. Specialist at Biogen, you will drive governance, readiness, and continuous improvement across PLCM systems within Global Supply Chain. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely execution of PLCM processes and technologies. Your role focuses on governance forums, roadmap tracking, documentation, and training to enable informed decisions and transparent operations. This position offers the chance to influence PLCM strategy while ensuring inspection readiness and execution excellence.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Facilitate PLCM Governance Forums: prepare agendas, document discussions, and track follow-ups
- Maintain and update the PLCM roadmap to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Develop KPI tracking and reporting for operational insights across PLCM
- Coordinate Veeva document workflows for GMP documentation routing and approvals
- Support creation of training materials and curricula for formal and informal sessions
- Perform User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements with operational input
- Manage Change Controls within defined scope ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Lead smaller initiatives on process alignment and minor system improvements
- Prepare presentations and communications for change adoption and stakeholder alignment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, or regulated environments
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in documentation management, training, and communications
- Experience in complex cross-functional and GxP-regulated environments
- Demonstrated leadership in operational execution and governance activities
- Experience with PLM or related systems (Agile PLM, Veeva) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI strongly preferred)
