- Lead cross-functional product launch activities to meet business objectives
- Organize Product Launch Readiness aligned with Go-to-Market strategies
- Align Commercial Business case with Launch Supply Strategy for Endorsement
- Develop and execute global and market-specific launch supply plans including manufacturing readiness and packaging
- Evaluate non-standard supply solutions and assess feasibility and impact
- Ensure supply strategies support initial market entry and sustainable lifecycle supply
- Synthesize complex launch scenarios into actionable leadership insights
- Identify launch risks across domains and develop mitigation plans
- Contribute to refining launch standards, tools, and best practices within PLM
- Capture lessons learned and implement process improvements
- Develop supply plans for pre-approval patient access and managed access programs
- Coordinate end-of-life activities and document lessons learned
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering) with substantial experience
- At least 10 years in supply chain, product launch, lifecycle management, or related roles in pharmaceutical/biotech
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional launch execution in international, regulated environments
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with supply chain planning/execution tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Smartsheets)
