Senior Director, Product Lead Ophthalmology in Zug

ph3About This Role /h3pAs the Product Lead, Ophthalmology, you will serve as the single point of accountability in Global Product Strategy Commercialization to maximize the value creation potential of an ophthalmology product for a retinal disease. You will be accountable for overseeing and providing leadership to an integrated cross-functional team to enable geographic expansion into new markets and develop and execute global lifecycle management plans for both new and existing markets. Additionally, you will be accountable to deliver and execute against strategic priorities to enable sustained market growth, plan and manage against an annual operating budget, and drive a highly effective team performance that spans Commercialization functions, Development, and POT across Regions. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliEnable geographic expansion to key identified markets working with the Regions’ commercial teams, particularly with respect to Brazil, China and Japan. /liliIdentify additional opportunities for geographic expansion and develop business cases for internal review/approval. /liliDevelop robust global lifecycle management plans. /liliDrive engagement and alignment across functions and regions to enable delivery of program priorities. /liliMonitor external environment and competition to refine product strategy amidst changing market dynamics. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pYou are a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the biopharma industry.
