You will actively assist and support the sales team to maximise sales, reporting, and promotional activity within some of the company’s biggest customers. Key Accountabilities :
- To be the principal interface with the buying assistants of key accounts, dealing with any situation that arises as a result.
- To ensure the accurate and timely completion of quotes and spec forms for accounts within the time limits specified by the customer.
- To provide support to the account team in planning, booking, and monitoring account-specific promotional activities, recording all aspects in Sales Force.
- To ensure the timely preparation for customer meetings and previews.
How will you create impact? Principal Tasks :
- Sales Support: To ensure Buying Assistants and Senior Buyers have the information and assistance they require, resolving queries as appropriate, including in the absence of NAMs. To keep Buying Assistants informed of relevant marketing opportunities and respond to their requests.
- Stock Control: To support communication between Stock Control and the Sales Team for all accounts, and chase stock control for orders as required.
- Meetings: Prepare agendas, sales data, stock levels, and presentations for internal and external meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Forecasting: Compile seasonal forecast sheets, assist with forecasting, analyze sales data, and chase stock orders in line with demand.
- Selections: Produce domestic quotes, collate product information, and coordinate with Finance on pricing and MOQ’s.
- Samples: Work with marketing to ensure stock, mock-ups, images, and samples are provided to customers timely.
- Promotions: Support planning and implementation of promotional activities and monitor invoicing in Sales Force.
- Reports: Analyze promotional activities, communicate retail product pricing, and suggest future ordering strategies.
- Additional duties: Organize trade fairs, manage showroom, undertake administrative tasks, and perform ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum A’ Level education.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the CPG or Toy industry.
- Retail experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM tools like Sales Force.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to create presentations, manage Excel files, and interpret POS reports.
- Full clean driving license; fluent in English and German.
