As Manager IT Digital Service Portfolio Management, you ensure that IT services deliver business value, align with organizational goals, and prioritize requests based on strategic importance, cost, risk, and resources. Effective management includes cost tracking, enabling IT to justify spending and implement chargeback models. Without this role, IT can become reactive and fragmented. With it, IT acts as a strategic partner, delivering high-value, transparent, and cost-effective services aligned with organizational needs.

• Develop, manage, and maintain the IT service portfolio, ensuring it accurately reflects available and planned services.
• Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the value, cost and risk of services, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Lead the service review and approval process, ensuring new services meet defined criteria before introduction to the portfolio.
• Work closely with IT financial management to track service costs and facilitate chargeback or show back models.
• Facilitate regular portfolio reviews with stakeholders to assess value delivery, identify gaps, and propose enhancements.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics or similar.
• Several years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Portfolio Management.
• Profound experience with ServiceNow.
• Previous experience in defining, setting-up and implementing digit IT portfolios.
• ITIL certification or extensive experience working within the ITIL framework.
• Excellent service and communication skills.
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally.
• Fluency in both spoken and written German and English.
