As Legal Operations Manager you will be responsible for our contract management system and supporting with other legal software solutions and projects.

• Administration of BioNTech’s contract management system, incl. dealing with general requests from the business for access to the system and questions regarding the operation of the system, providing training on the system to users and liaising with the system provider to raise support tickets
• Becoming a “system expert” with a good understanding of its configuration to support on an enhancement project
• Configuration of system attributes, workflows, rules and templates, etc.
• Supporting with the identification and implementation of new software tools and general projects for the Legal team

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in legal operations / contract management
• Experience with contract management lifecycle processes and solutions as well as the ability to design, enhance and implement long-term, scalable legal operational programs and processes
• Basic understanding of contracting processes
• Contract Management system configuration experience is highly desirable
• An innovation mindset with experience in continuous improvement, and or, change management projects is beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills together with a fluency in English; the ability to read and speak German is beneficial
• Supportive interpersonal team player, talented at collaborating cross-functionally
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
