This role will be responsible for cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, and financial reporting for large-scale CAPEX investments. /ppThe successful candidate will have proven experience supporting bbrownfield and greenfield projects valued above CHF 300 million /b, working within highly regulated GMP environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle. /ppKey Responsibilities /ppCost Management Control /pulliDevelop, maintain, and manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC). /liliMonitor actual costs, commitments, accruals, and cash flow against approved budgets. /liliPerform cost performance analysis and identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. /liliEnsure accurate cost tracking throughout engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases. /liliSupport monthly cost reporting and project performance reviews with senior stakeholders. /li /ulpForecasting Reporting /pulliPrepare and maintain CAPEX forecasts for major project investments. /liliDevelop cost dashboards and reporting packs for project leadership and executive management. /liliMonitor project contingency and provide recommendations based on project risk exposure. /liliSupport investment approval and project sanctioning activities. /li /ulpChange Management /pulliAssess and quantify the cost impact of scope changes, design modifications, risks, and change orders. /liliSupport project change control processes and maintain change registers. /liliWork closely with Project Managers to evaluate financial impacts and mitigation strategies. /li /ulpRequired Qualifications /pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Project Controls, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum b8 years of experience /b in Cost Engineering, Project Controls, or Cost Management. /liliExperience within bpharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, chemical, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries /b. /liliDemonstrated experience supporting both bbrownfield and greenfield projects /b. /liliStrong understanding of project delivery models including EPC, EPCM, and Owner's Project Team environments. /liliExperience managing costs across the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through construction, commissioning, and handover. /li /ulpSystems Experience /pulliAdvanced Microsoft Excel /liliSAP /liliEcoSys /liliPower BI /liliPrimavera P6 (must have) /liliPrism G2 or equivalent cost management tools /li /ulpPreferred Experience /pulliExperience delivering bpharmaceutical or biotechnology facilities valued between CHF 300 million and CHF 1 billion+ /b. /liliGMP-regulated manufacturing environments. /liliDrug Substance, Drug Product, API, Biologics, Fill-Finish, Laboratory, Utility, Cleanroom, or Infrastructure projects. /liliExperience working with global pharmaceutical companies and large EPCM organizations. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
