Recruitment Consultant – Account Management US Contract
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead for a 6+ month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance projects, ensuring regulatory and GMP compliance.
- Oversee deviation investigations, CAPAs, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.
- Develop and review SOPs, validation protocols, and batch records.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Prior experience in Quality Operations in a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and aseptic processing.
- Experience in validation, deviation handling, and risk assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with QMS and electronic documentation systems.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, ASQ).
- Experience with regulatory audits.
