Our Heart Failure & Disease Management team is responsible for products and services for Heart Failure care, including Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy devices and innovative Disease Management Solutions.

You will be responsible for shaping the future outlook and strategic roadmap for the heart failure therapy segment.

You will drive market intelligence and research to identify needs and opportunities and establish competitive profiles.

You will oversee the requirement specification, definition, and conceptual development of digital products and medical devices throughout their lifecycle.

You will plan and develop projects by generating and prioritizing new product ideas, defining strategies, and maintaining roadmaps.

You will work closely with KOLs, doctors, clinical staff, and patients (including on-site) to understand customer needs.

You will assemble balanced Advisory Boards for market insights.

You will direct market research and gather feedback from internal stakeholders.

In partnership with the PMO/Strategy team, you will run business cases for the Therapy area to recommend future products and directions.

You will support our Portfolio Director with business cases and long-term market modeling to develop an annual 5-year strategic plan.

You will collaborate with Product Management on business cases, from creation to hand-off and monitoring assumptions through development, clinical, and launch phases.

Your profile

You are a strategic-minded and experienced marketer.

You have a background in medical technology and at least 5 years of work experience.

You possess a solid understanding of the disease area.

You think forward-looking about market and competitor trends to advise where we should be heading.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is a plus.

You work well in an international environment and are willing to travel to interact with customers and regional teams.

You attend congresses and key meetings to stay updated on market trends and are willing to travel 30%, sometimes internationally.
