As Legal Tech Product Lead at Bird & Bird, you steer AI strategy, product ownership, and governance to advance our legal tech landscape. You translate strategic priorities into an integrated product experience, coordinating AI frontend and backend initiatives with the technology team. You champion responsible innovation, shaping use cases and driving cross-platform integrations in a fast-evolving field. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own a prioritized backlog for Legora, HighQ, and custom solutions; drive adoption and translate business needs into sprint-ready work items
- Shape the integration strategy across Legora, Juristic, Betty Blocks, HighQ, and Microsoft 365 to ensure clean data flows and governed APIs
- Support introduction and optimization of AI tools (LLMs, automation, agentic capabilities) embedded in legal workflows
- Monitor AI and legal tech developments; translate insights into actionable recommendations for the firm
- Define and track KPIs for product adoption and technology value, using data and user feedback to inform prioritisation
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects on vendor evaluation and SaaS optimization with emphasis on security, data protection, and responsible AI standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Significant experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in digital/Agile environments, including exposure to SaaS or enterprise tech programs
- Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, and data pipelines with technical fluency to partner with engineers and architects
- Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into plain language for senior non-technical audiences
- Experience designing adoption and change management programs with strong communication skills
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and automation platforms
- Familiarity with legal technology workflows is a plus
