YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
You manage the recruitment process for a broad range of positions, always striving for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
You drive projects connected to employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
You take end-to-end ownership by creating job postings, participating in briefing calls, active sourcing, first-round interviews, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
You track accurate talent acquisition metrics and provide regular reporting.
You support your peers and other colleagues in all international recruiting topics, e.g., by providing guidance and training on our Applicant System.
You constantly look for potential ways how to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our companies.
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
- You have completed a university degree in Psychology, Social Studies, Sociology, Economics, International Business, Business Administration or any related degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in international/global recruiting in sourcing roles, complimented by leading local, international or global recruitment mandates through a broad range of sourcing channels (including proactive outreach).
- Specific expertise/experience recruiting for your defined business area strongly preferred.
- Industry experience and deep knowledge of the footwear, apparel and/or retail industry preferred.
- International experience, having worked on recruitment projects across multiple geographies - Asia is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Chinese, Japanese or French language is a plus.
- You can build good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- You have a strong team and service orientation, commitment, flexibility and a high level of commitment.
