For our Controlling division, at our location in Görlitz , we are seeking a Head of FP&A Operations (m/w/d) .

Your Shoes To Fill

• Drive compliance, transparency, and profitability at our largest production plant by business partnering with the local organization and linking to the Group Finance Function.
• Act as the Business Partner to the local Managing Director and the Plant Leadership team.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for management.
• Create regular reports on costs and performance indicators, including target/actual analyses and productivity, with commentary and recommendations.
• Present analyses, reports, and business cases to all management levels, including ad-hoc analyses.
• Support investment projects through review, approval, and profitability recalculations.
• Develop and coach the plant controller, sharing tasks effectively.

Your Walk Of Life

• Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering, preferably with a focus on controlling.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in plant controlling, with knowledge of standard costing variance.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and KPIs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP (FI/CO/MM modules), with experience in standard cost setups (SAP COPA preferred) and SAP S/4HANA desirable.
• Solution-oriented, analytical, with a hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills at various organizational levels.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and German (B2+).
