Overview In this role you will lead the life-cycle of bank‑wide programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivery excellence. You’ll shape the Bank’s PMO, governance, and portfolio management, partnering with senior leadership to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll manage complex, multi-year initiatives and enable effective transitions to business-as-usual. Leistungen / Benefits relocation support for dependents hybrid working options flexible working arrangements childcare and education allowances competitive compensation and benefits international working environment Verantwortungsbereiche Design and lead the Bank-wide PMO structure, tools, and processes Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting for the portfolio Prioritise strategic programmes and align with resources and delivery capacity Ensure planning, risk management, and benefits realisation across programmes Drive programme timelines, budgets, and deliverables across major initiatives Provide strategic direction and coordination for enterprise-wide programmes Manage inter-dependencies, risks, and resource needs across programmes Oversee programme closeout and transition to operations; capture lessons learned Engage senior leadership and committees; facilitate reporting and decision-making Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and PMO analysts Promote agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery; develop training and change programs Collaborate with leadership to prioritise initiatives and monitor performance Support innovation, digital transformation, and regulatory readiness programs Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field Minimum 10 years’ experience in programme/project management Proven track record leading enterprise-wide PMO or large-scale transformation programmes Experience managing multi-year, cross-functional programmes with significant business impact Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence abilities Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and sponsors Proficient in governance frameworks, tools, and reporting processes Experience leading large-scale change and driving continuous improvement Ability to coach and develop a high-performing PMO team Advanced knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe; governance dashboards (JIRA, MS Project, Power BI) Strong financial acumen: budgeting, resource allocation, benefits realization, portfolio prioritization Risk management, dependency tracking, and benefits realization frameworks Clear communication to diverse audiences; problem-solving and innovation mindset Accountable and results-driven in challenging circumstances Professional certifications such as MSP Advanced Practitioner, PMP, PgMP, or SAFe advantageous leadership presence strategic thinking stakeholder management MSP PRINCE2 PMP
