For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition of the \“Industrial Supply Chain & Digital Operations\“ organisation, e.g. Communication, Change & Culture Transformation strategy and associated roadmap.
• Monitor and follow-up the progress of the roadmap.
• Perform business management activities for the (C&C) platform including harmonisation and design improvement.
• Work collaboratively with (C&C) networks, as well as corporate communication to shape departments image and values.
• Benchmark and advise (C&C) leadership on communication strategies, including clear message alignment and channel selection e.g. Roadshows, onboarding events, weblive, symposium, OTalk, hub, social media.
• Design and execute Team development journeys and workshops for fostering team spirit, team dynamics, collaboration, agility, empowerment, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, resilience, and well-being.

Personal requirements:

• Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with different reference persons.
• Assertive and customer-oriented person.
• Able to analyse complex problems, situations and find suitable solutions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (ca. 1-2 times a month, in Europe, duration ca. 2-3 days).
• Business Administration, at least Bachelor\’s degree program or.
• International Management, at least Bachelor\’s degree program or.
• Economics, at least Bachelor\’s degree program.

Professional experience:

• Change management for at least 3 years.
• Project management for at least 3 years.
• Process improvement for at least 3 years.

IT:

• Google Workspace is an advantage.

Knowledge:

• Change management at least very good knowledge.
• Project management at least good knowledge.
• German at least proficient.
• English at least business fluent.
• French is an advantage.
