For Lufthansa Technik AG-a global leader in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for the aviation industry, we are seeking an experienced HR Transformation & Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) to join the team in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

This position is to be filled on a temporary staffing (contract) basis for the period from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.

In this role, you will support the \"Ground Operations\" HR management team with strategic transformation and restructuring projects, while actively contributing to the further development of modern HR and organizational concepts.

You will work directly on initiatives that help shape the future of work within one of Europe's most renowned aviation companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Contributing to strategic HR and transformation projects
• Supporting the further development of the \"New Ways\" voluntary program
• Analyzing, preparing, and evaluating HR and project data
• Creating management presentations, decision-making documents, and status reports
• Assisting with restructuring and reorganization initiatives
• Coordinating with specialist departments, executives, and employee representative bodies
• Preparing, facilitating, and following up on workshops and project meetings
• Developing and implementing modern HR concepts and management tools
• Supporting special strategic projects within the HR domain
• Advising internal stakeholders throughout change and transformation processes

Your Profile

• A completed university degree in economics, social sciences, public administration, humanities, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, HR project management, or organizational development
• Experience with transformation and change projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience in preparing management documentation and decision-making materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• A structured and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Knowledge of labor law and HR-related economic principles is an advantage
• Very good German language skills and English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
