For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Köln Germany with immediate effect:

Job description

Perform the activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Safety Data team in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, thereby contributing to a successful team performance and the achievement of objectives.

Responsibilities

• Process safety occurrence data reported to EASA by the overseen organisations applying the standards set out in the work instructions.
• Ensure that all personal details are removed from occurrence reports.
• Apply the ADREP taxonomy to safety occurrences in accordance with Regulation 376/2014.

Professional experience

• Occurrence Reporting
• Interest and Understanding of Reporting Administration (e.g. MS Power BI, SAP BI / BO)

• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Good organisation skills
• Good written & spoken English
