Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high‑performance, cost‑competitive long‑range fixed‑wing military drones.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and product roadmap.
- Utilize advanced design software and 3‑D printing techniques to reduce part count and optimize manufacturability.
- Apply IT skills and integrated design tools to streamline development processes.
- Continuously improve design solutions based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- Degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering.
- Proven track record of successful design projects, preferably in the aerospace or defense sector.
- Experience with dedicated drone design software and part‑reduction methodologies.
- Proficiency in 3‑D printing and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, a sense of humour, and a reliable, loyal work ethic.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
