Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test (MAIT) - Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) Ref. 84766
Job Description:
- Independent integration of all components, attachments, and wiring harnesses, taking into account work orders, procedures, and drawings (e.g., mechanical components, piping, tanks, wiring harnesses, or onboard electronics units)
- Acceptance of the work order and materials according to the team leader's specifications
- Verification of the completeness and accuracy of materials and drawings according to the work order
- Assembly of necessary tools, independent assembly, inspection, and submission for quality assurance
- Correcting any defects according to specifications
- Documentation of work performed in accordance with the order and in SAP
- Verification of work before, during, and after integration, taking into account work orders, procedures, and drawings
- Determination/description of deviations from the target specifications
- Repair of deviations as per repair order

Personal requirements
- Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information

- Willingness to work shifts and travel
Vocational training
- Aircraft mechanic, aircraft mechanic specializing in manufacturing technology, or aircraft builder (minimum vocational training with many years of professional experience)
- Mechatronics technician or comparable qualification (minimum vocational training)
- Metalworking/electrical processing/installation/repair trade, ideally mechatronics, acquired in the aerospace industry or elsewhere
Professional experience/knowledge/further qualifications
- Aircraft construction mindset (over 3 years)
- Quality assurance in mind (over 3 years)
- Required: at least 2 years of experience in IT
IT
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of detailed functions
- Proficient in SAP. In-depth application knowledge
Language skills
- Fluent in German (willingness to learn may be acceptable)
- Fluent in English
