- What You’ll Do
- On‑Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Monitor all aspects of construction to ensure high standards of quality and compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Team Management: Coordinate and manage on‑site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel.
- Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction to keep the project on track.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
Who You are
- Experienced
Professional: Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of on‑site management experience, preferably in renewable energy projects.
- Detail‑Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work is performed to high standards and specifications.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating and motivating on‑site teams.
- Problem Solver: Proven ability to identify issues on‑site and develop effective solutions to keep projects moving forward.
