Head of Index Operations (m / f / d)

Your tasks will include the following activities:

• Leading a department responsible for the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of the entity’s Compliance Management System (CMS) and Program.
• Reducing the company’s exposure to compliance risks through risk assessment, state-of-the-art policies, processes, and systems as well as tailored compliance measures.
• Responsibility for the Compliance training, culture, and communication program.
• Enhancing effectiveness and quality through standardization and digitization of processes, stringent implementation of artificial intelligence, and other means of tech-driven innovation, especially in the LegalTech area.
• Taking the lead for internal and external audits and certifications of the Compliance department.
• Supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in relevant reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Academic Degree in Law, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the field of design and auditing of compliance management systems.
• Project management experience in an international context.
• Very good handling of MS Office software.
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills and strong team player mentality.
• Intercultural competence.
• Passion for project management processes and systems.
• Willingness to travel.
